What is Knowledge Management in Education?
Knowledge management is a set of practices that enable organizations to collect information and share what they know,
leading to action that improves outcomes.
In our case, it can be teachers, school administrators, and learners telling each other stories, preserving what they
know works or doesn’t work for one situation for use again in the future.
