HALF MOON BAY, CA, June 6, 2005  — Thad R. Nodine, a specialist in education policy, has been appointed Vice President of the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME), a national think-tank whose research helps educational institutions and systems use what they know to improve what they do.

Dr. Nodine will focus on managing operations and overseeing research and strategic communications.

Dr. Nodine has been consultant to several national organizations over the past decade, including the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education, the Irvine Foundation, the Knight Foundation, and ISKME.
